January may have been a cold month, but our recruitment campaign was hot!

1st January 2019 saw us relaunch our Recruitment Campaign #Jan31. This year our campaign and recruitment efforts were another success for Peninsula Care being able to recruit 31 individuals to work across the Organisation encompassing Care at Home side and Recruitment Nursing Agency departments.

Our recruitment Open Day saw a high number of Nurses and Care Assistants as well as those with no prior experience coming through the door to talk to our helpful office staff.

Those interviewed are now on their way through the recruitment and training process as we like to ensure our team have all the required training before starting work. We are looking forward to getting them started and out to meet all our wonderful clients.

Throughout the month we were able to get current staff to tell people their experiences of Peninsula Care and why they love working here, all of which were posted on social media.
