As we deal with the daily pressures of COVID19 we are aiming to implement the governments advice on social distancing as best as possible. We have therefore taken the decision to close our office to staff and visitors unless by appointment only. Our office team are still working despite our closure and we would like to share the following information for our staff team and visitors.

  • Agency staff requiring timesheets should request these to be posted or emailed to print at home. If you have none, please alert the office team you are here by knocking on reception window or by calling 02891 828921. We will then meet you at the wheelchair entrance at the side of the building.

  • If you are a relative and need to speak to someone about a loved ones care please contact us by telephoning 02891 828921.

  • When arriving for an appointment please alert the office team you are here by knocking on reception window or by calling 02891 828921. We will then meet you at the wheelchair entrance at the side of the building.
  • Face to Face training will no longer take place in large groups, class based activities will continue with a maximum of 3 persons to allow social distancing.

We will continue to work within these guidelines for the next month and review based on any further government advice received. We realise that due to the nature of the work our care and nursing staff are not able to socially distance themselves from our patients and service users and we commend the work you are doing. Always ensure you have the appropriate PPE and continue to wash your hands regularly. We strive to ensure our service and support to both clients and staff has minimised disruption but appeal for patience at this time as we are working in uncertain times and with extreme pressures.
