Care Coordinator


To make sure that all customer care packages are covered. To manage day-to-day changes in care packages. Provide an emergency on-call service one week on /one week off. 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday plus on-call.

Whats Involved?

  1. Processing changes and amendments to existing care packages
  2. Assigning Care Workers to customers, whilst working within the standards and requirements of the company.
  3. Working with other members of the administration team to ensure high quality service provision.
  4. Talking to the company’s customers about their care
  5. Covering and processing all short term changes to care packages
  6. Keeping records and paper files up to date with changing information.
  7. Monitoring Care Staff Performance
  8. General office duties
  9. On call duties (as per office rota)

Whats the entrance criteria?


  • Be able to use a computer and Microsoft Packages
  • Previous Care Experience
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2
  • Full Driving Licence and Access to a car


  • NVQ / QCF Level 3
  • Previous experience in a similar role such as Senior Care Worker, Care Supervisor.

  • Ability to develop, review and update care plans to meet residents’ changing physical, social and psychological needs
  • Ensure the following of strict monitoring and recording practice, recording all matters relating to residents and employees.
  • To oversee all aspects of medication management- ensuring medicines are received, stored and administered in accordance with company policy and current legislation
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst motivating your team to ensure delivery of the highest quality of care to residents
  • Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly Health Care Sector
