Our Training Academy is proud of our great partnership with Southern Regional College whom have been assisting us with our QCF delivery for the past five years. We are pleased to announce that in September we will be running classes again for Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

 

Level 3 is ideal if you’re a care worker, and you have some responsibility in your workplace. You sometimes work without supervision. You want to develop or demonstrate your skills, perhaps to become a senior care worker.

 

Modules Include:

•Promote equality and inclusion in health, social care or children’s and young people’s settings

•Assessment and planning with children and young people

•Promote person-centred approaches in health and social care.

•Purpose and principles of independent advocacy

•Support individuals to access education, training or employment.

 

Vocational qualification made up of portfolio building and practical observation assessment. The class will run here in our Training Academy 3 hours each week, exact day and time to be confirmed.

 

This course is part funded at £330 per student. Peninsula Care staff can be pay through wage deduction of initial deposit £30 and then 15 weekly payments of £20.00. We are accepting enrolments from those not working within our organisation also, please contact us for further information.
