As the school summer holidays are well underway we are now seeking interest and enrolments for a new course starting this September in partnership with Southern Regional College. We are excited to be able to take enrolments for City & Guilds Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership & Management in Adult Social Care.

 

This qualification will provide learners who are new or aspiring adult social care managers with the knowledge required to carry out their role effectively in the workplace and progress in their career.

The modules include:

  • Leadership, Management and Team work in Adult Social Care
  • Governance, Regulation and Service Improvement in Adult Social Care
  • Partnership Working in Adult Social Care.

 

This course is a great stepping stone for those whom have studied at level 3, are in the role of Senior Carer, Coordinator or Deputy Manager and we assume will be a very popular addition to our Training Academy’s Course Listing for the new term.

The course will run 1 day each week in our Training Academy and will cost a total of £635 which includes tuition, course, portfolio and City & Guilds Registration fees. Payment plans available for Peninsula Care staff are available.
