Following a review of our current office structure we are very happy to announce that Matthew Wylie will now be job sharing the role of Assistant Manager alongside Peninsula Care veteran Pauline Lowes. Pauline has been with the company for six years and recently has started to enjoy working Part time as she eases into semi retirement at a young age.

Following a restructure Matthew will now work in the role opposite Pauline while she enjoys her days off. Matthew has been with the company since April 2011 when he signed up for a new challenge in the role of Community Care Worker. During this time Matthew completed his Level 2 QCF in Health & Social Care and was a big hit with all of his service users.

In January 2016 he took up the role of Care at Home Support working within the office environment then later transferred to the role of Recruitment Support within our Recruitment Agency. During this time Matthew has completed his Level 3 In Human Resources Practice and has taken a keen interest in all aspects of the business as well as Human Resources.

Matthew will now get to use all he has learnt in both courses he has studied throughout his journey with Peninsula Care in his new role.

I feel Matthew as an “all rounder” will be perfect in this role as part of the restructure and no doubt will enjoy the next part of his Peninsula journey”.
