Care Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for the position of Care Coordinator for our Care at Home Division. You will be part of an Award winning organisation and responsible for the allocation of community care clients to workers as well as monitoring the quality of service delivery.

 

This position is primarily office based but will involve visiting clients in their own homes to monitor service delivery. We also expect our Coordinator to take part in our on call rota which will involve weekend working, one weekend in four.

 

Essential Criteria

Ø  A minimum of 2 years paid experience in a care setting

Ø  Previous supervisory experience

Ø  NVQ/ QCF 3 in Health & Social Care (Higher or equivalent)
